As of October 2, 2007, Halloween has grossed $58,059,980 worldwide and has been crowned the number one Halloween movie ever released in the entire franchise surpassing Halloween H20 which has dropped to second with a gross of $55,041,738 domestically, if you don't count inflation.

The DVD of the film is due on December 18, 2007
