Madonna looked "refreshed" in Germany, where she was making her directorial debut for her 1-minute film, Filth & Wisdom, at the Berlin International Film Festival. The film revolves around a Ukrainian immigrant who finances his dreams of rock stardom by moonlighting as a cross-dressing dominatrix, and his two female flatmates.
