According to PageSix.com, Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth were back in NYC shooting yet another scene for the upcoming Sex & The City movie. I can't imagine that they would still be shooting scenes, this looks more like a print ad, if anything. Maybe they have already started on the sequel (Carrie & Big Go on Vacation)?
