I call bullshit to this promo where it appears that Dr. Derek "McDreamy" Shepard dies in the 2-hr season premiere scheduled to air September 25th. Either Meredith is having another one of her fucked up dreams (she needs to be on some serious medication) or Patrick Dempsey is one stupid mofo in ditching his meal ticket that is Grey's Anatomy.
